Butter Making
Skim cream, add it to your blender. Turn your blender on high and watch until you see the buttermilk separate from the butter. Set your buttermilk out overnight to be used the next day for pancakes or biscuits. Take your butter and squeeze it through cold water until all remaining buttermilk is out. You may choose to add salt at this point, we keep our butter unsalted. Store in a butter bell on the counter or in your fridge or freezer! Enjoy!
